Are you a problem-solver with an aptitude in insurance and commercial account management? Wallace & Turner is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with exceptional skills in client service and strong insurance product knowledge to maintain and develop our customer base.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients' insurance coverage policies.

  • Handle renewal process and policy modifications.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Identify the needs of clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

  • Navigate insurance carrier technology sites to quote and issue policies.

  • Develop relationships with our carrier partners and underwriters.

  • Follow and adhere to set process and workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates must possess the following:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a commercial insurance account manager or a similar role.

  • Proficient understanding of the insurance industry and products.

  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Significant computer skills and the ability to educate clients on digital tools and features.

  • Certifications such as Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) are a plus.

  Additional Requirements:

  • This role requires a valid insurance license.
