Patrick is a third-generation Wallace & Turner employee following his late father, John E. Field. He is a people person that likes to create long-term relationships with his customers. With over three decades of insurance experience, Patrick is currently President of the agency and specializes in both personal and commercial insurance.

A lifelong Springfield resident, Patrick has contributed significant time and resources to the community, including serving on numerous non-profit boards. He is the past President of the Springfield Museum of Art, served as Co-Chair of Catholic Central's Capital Campaign and Emerald Evening Gala & Auction, and serves as a Board Member for the Catholic Central Foundation (the fundraising arm for scholarships). Patrick has volunteered for the Springfield United Way for more than 30 years, has assisted Rocking Horse Community Health Center with Special Projects fundraising and served as the Board President for Second Harvest Food Bank of Clark, Champaign and Logan Counties for six years. In recognition of his leadership, stewardship and strong commitment to volunteerism within our community, he was honored with the Second Harvest “Patrick Field Volunteer of the Year Award.” Ridgewood School acknowledged Patrick’s considerable contribution of time, effort and resources to the school’s welfare, reputation and prestige with the Honorary Alumni Award. Patrick was also inducted into Junior Achievement of Mad River Region’s Business Hall of Fame 2024 for his remarkable achievements in the insurance industry and inspiring countless others through philanthropic efforts.

As a member of Clark State Community College’s Foundation Board, Patrick was part of the creation of the Champion City Scholars Program in Clark County, which ensures participants receive three free years of college. Several years later, he spearheaded the program expanding into Champaign County, and has continued to be a mentor. In 2018, as a longtime Clark State supporter and champion for education, Patrick was presented with Clark State’s Founder’s Award, which honors individuals and organizations who have contributed significantly to the success and sustainability of the Performing Arts Center. 

Patrick graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Patrick and his wife Tiffany enjoy their spare time with their dogs, collector cars and fishing in Captiva Island, FL.
